About the Sales Executive Role
Goldsun Group is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business development and revenue growth across its portfolio of companies. The role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Goldsun’s range of packaging, household, and food products.
The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role contributes directly to Goldsun Group’s mission of creating practical, reliable solutions that serve people and communities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients through meetings, presentations, and ongoing communication.
- Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and convert opportunities into successful deals.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products or solutions to meet business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align sales strategies and improve lead conversion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Requirements & Competencies:
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
