Thirty years is a long enough period to see multiple cycles of change—both within a company and in the environment around it.
For Goldsun, the journey began in 1996, with limited resources but a clear intention to build a business that could sustain itself over time. The early years were shaped by gradual development, learning through practice, and adapting to changing market conditions.
Over time, that foundation expanded. New facilities were established—Quang Minh, Dai Dong, Que Vo 1, Que Vo 2, and Hung Yen—each representing a step in increasing production capability and operational scale.
By August 2024, this journey reached a milestone: 30 years of operation.
We marked the occasion with a two-day event at FLC Ha Long, bringing together around 250 participants, including leadership, employees, partners, and individuals who have been part of the company’s development at different stages.
The theme of the event, “30 Years of Constant Progress,” reflects how we view our history—not as a series of isolated achievements, but as a continuous process of development.
The program included a mix of formal and informal elements. There were leadership speeches, a gala dinner, and a commemorative film that traced the company’s development from its early days to the present. At the same time, there were performances and internal activities that highlighted the contributions of employees across different generations.
Employees played a central role in the celebration—not only as participants, but also as contributors to the program. Their involvement in performances, storytelling, and internal content reflected the collective nature of the company’s journey.
Partners were also an important presence. Relationships with companies such as Samsung and Canon have developed over time and have contributed to shaping our capabilities and direction.
Looking back, the most consistent element across these 30 years has been the approach to growth—steady, incremental, and focused on building capability.
Looking forward, the priorities remain aligned with that approach:
The context will continue to change, but the underlying principle remains the same—progress through consistent effort.
After 30 years, the work continues.
